Sue graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 1994. With current, wide-range experience in the Massage Therapy field, she began her work with clients who have physical and intellectual disabilities and later worked in conjunction with Physical Therapists and Chiropractors.
Sue is a Reiki II practitioner and currently continuing her education in CranioSacral work. She has a Level II in CranioSacral and is currently taking the Level III course.
She has worked as an Integrative Medicine Practitioner for Backus Hospital and Day Kimball Hospital. Having taken “Massage for the Cancer Patient” with Tracy Walton, a nationally recognized expert on Oncology Massage, Sue worked for Day Kimball Hospital’s Hospice Program as a Massage Therapist.
Sue is intuitive and incorporates her knowledge to create the best and most beneficial massage to enhance the Body, Mind and Spirit balance in her clients. She looks forward to welcoming new clients here at Hope and Wellness.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands on approach to release tensions deep in the body and to relieve pain and dysfunction. CST releases restrictions in soft tissue that surround the Central Nervous System and is increasingly used as a preventative health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
