Cancelation Policy
If you must cancel your appointment,
we ask that you please provide 24-hours notice.
Cancellations MUST be done by phone or text. Please call our main number or the staff member who you have your service scheduled with.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 24-hour's notice: No Charge
- Failure to Show: Charged 100% of scheduled service.
- Late Cancellation: Charged 50% of scheduled service. Repetitive late cancellations (2 or more within 60 days) will be charged 100%.
- Late Arrival (15 minutes or more): You may be refused or services may be modified at full price or reschedule for 50% charge.
- Invoices not paid within 30 days will incur additional charges.
Keeping with these guidelines allows us to provide the best service to you and others.
