Meet Kate

Kate has over two decades of experience in the industry. She specializes in creating a custom cut, style and color to best compliment you. She has a rich background in long hair design and is skillful and creative in designing up-do styles and the right look for your makeup (for any occasion or event). Kate’s commitment to continuing education in conjunction with her attention to detail and her desire to deliver exceptional customer service ensures that you will enjoy your experience at Hope and Wellness. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t in love with hairdressing; from being a little girl cutting my stuffed animals' hair to being in a salon meeting new clients every day! I graduated from Ellis Technical High School and started working in a salon before I graduated senior year.  

There, I learned different cutting techniques and how to become a colorist.

I love the Paul Mitchell color line; it gives me the ability to customize a color that will fit each client in a different way.  

I don’t believe there is just one way to do something, especially in this trade.  That’s why I’m always watching other hairdressers perform to learn different ways of creating a style, because you can never learn enough.

I’m very excited to start the next chapter in my life at a Hope and Wellness where I can continue to learn.  Every time a guest sits in my chair, I want them to know that I’m giving them all I can to guarantee they are happier walking out

than they were walking in.

 My name is Amber Pallotti I am a 3rd year stylist after a 14-year career in the construction business I made the jump to do what I always loved.  

I’m also a proud single mother of an amazing 14-year-old son. 

 I've always had a thing for the “hair game” and have been doing my own hair since forever. My absolute favorite? Vivid colors that pop!  I specialize in curly hair, and I’m certified in multiple color lines, but Redken is my go-to. Oh, and I LOVE creating stunning up-dos for special occasions – nothing beats the joy of helping people feel their absolute best.

The creativity and being able to help people feel and look their best is the absolute most rewarding part of this career! 

Originally from the Connecticut shoreline, Sheila comes to the Quiet Corner most recently from

Virginia Beach, Virginia. Sheila has been immersed in the beauty industry since the age of

fourteen and has a wide array of experience.

Throughout her career Sheila has educated for various product companies, private academies

and is currently a licensed educator in Connecticut and Virginia.

Sheila is a former salon owner and manager. During her time as an owner, she held strong

relationships with her community utilizing her business to host annual charity events, with

proceeds donated to Aids Hospice and Local Youth and Family Organizations.

With a love for hair color Sheila specializes in corrective work and blonding, and previously

trained others in precision haircutting. Sheila has had her work featured in five international hair

magazines, making the cover once, and in the background scenes of a hair salon in a motion

picture.

She is looking forward to meeting you and taking care of all your hair care needs.

Together you will choose the best option to practice. Often our brides like to practice their wedding hair and makeup on a day they also have a dress fitting so they can see it all together.
